Negativity be Gone!

Okay, so I may be just a tad bit irritable this week due to circumstances beyond my control. I must push past it. I will put on a happy face and be thankful for what I have! I am very pleased with the minor damage to our house (roof, leaks, floors, walls…). It is all fixable. At least we have a home and we have power. So many people are not so lucky.
My work has seen it in themselves to credit us 8 hours of vacation time so hooray for that. Now I can have a long weekend to celebrate my 1 year wedding anniversary after all!
I am sipping on some coffee to boost my productivity levels and get back into the work swing of things. It sure is hard!! One day I will come up with my fantastic novel idea and I will write like the wind and be a successful writer that no longer needs to do this office job…or maybe I will get my act together and get my book of odes done and published! How awesome would that be if I could actually make some money off of those??
Until then, I will continue making that paycheck and loving every minute of it!
