Feeling Anxious

because I am not going to work out today... I have plans to go eat dinner with my long lost cousin who I have not talked to in at least 6 years!!! He is in town for business and we are going to get together. So...I would prefer not to be all gymed up when I go for dinner as I am not sure that I will have time to go home first before hand.. If I do have time to go home first, I will feel even worse about not working out. Yipes!
Not to mention, I have nothing to do today, so going to the gym would be a welcome distraction. Bored bored bored...
I guess I could go and just do weights and no cardio so I don't sweat and have fried hair...
